Taproom Hub Privacy Policy

Taproom Hub ("the App") is an internal operations application developed for the employees of Antifragile Brewing Company ("Antifragile Brewing," "we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects from its users — Antifragile Brewing staff — and how that information is used, stored, and protected. The App is not available to the general public and is not intended for use by customers, guests, or anyone outside Antifragile Brewing's staff.

Information We Collect

Because Taproom Hub is a staff-only operations tool, the information it collects is limited to what's needed to run scheduling, checklists, brewing records, inventory, and internal communication. Specifically, we collect:

  • Name — used to identify staff members within schedules, checklists, and other records.

  • Phone Number — used for the staff directory and shift-coverage communication.

  • Messages — the content of messages sent through the App's internal Communications feature (sender, recipient, and message content).

  • Other User Content — free-text notes entered into checklists, brew logs, maintenance records, and similar operational records.

  • Account/User ID — the username used to sign into the App.

  • Device ID — a device token used solely to deliver push notifications (e.g., shift reminders, low-inventory alerts) to the correct device.

  • Other Data — staff birthdate (optional, used only for internal recognition, e.g., birthday reminders).

We do not collect precise location data, health data, financial account information, browsing history outside the App, or any information from anyone who is not an Antifragile Brewing staff member.

How We Use This Information

All information collected through Taproom Hub is used solely to operate the App's features:

  • Signing in and authenticating staff accounts

  • Assigning and tracking checklists, brew schedules, and inventory

  • Enabling staff-to-staff communication within the App

  • Delivering push notifications for operational alerts

  • Generating compliance reports (e.g., TTB Form 5130.9 and PA REV-1052 excise tax filings) from brewing and packaging records

We do not use this information for advertising, marketing, analytics profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the App. We do not sell or share staff data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Where Data Is Stored

Data collected through Taproom Hub is stored using Supabase, a third-party database provider, over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Push notification delivery uses Apple's Push Notification service.

Data Retention

We retain staff data for as long as the staff member's account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for business, tax, and alcohol beverage control recordkeeping obligations.

Your Rights

Staff members may contact their manager or Antifragile Brewing directly (see below) to review, correct, or request deletion of their personal information held in the App, subject to our recordkeeping obligations under applicable tax and alcohol beverage control law.

Children's Privacy

Taproom Hub is a workplace tool intended solely for adult employees of Antifragile Brewing and is not directed at, nor knowingly used by, children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated to staff directly.
